Look after your body

Look after your body

Always remember that though your suntan will fade, your skin's memory of the damage the sun does certainly won't. In short: enjoy the sun but don't overdo it!
Children have thinner skin than adults and are therefore more sun-sensitive. Always use a high sun protection factor (SPF 15 or higher) on children, and re-apply frequently. The sun protection factor (SPF) indicates how long you can stay in the sun when using the product without burning. If you estimate that you can be in the sun for 10 minutes without burning, SPF 6 allows you 10x6=60 minutes in the sun without burning.
Most people only use about half as much sun cream as they should for best possible protection. An adult person should use about one deciliter sun cream on face and body!
Sun products do not keep well, so replace them each year.
It is important to control your weight as skin suffers from frequent weight change.
A regular body massage will help tone the body and improve blood circulation.
